Greenspoon Marder’s Government and Government Relations Practice Group is comprised of a veteran of Florida’s legislature, as well as former leaders of municipalities, counties, and state regulatory and enforcement agencies. It’s that kind of experience that allows Greenspoon Marder to provide our clients with effective and efficient representation before myriad governmental agencies and administrative and regulatory bodies.
We have an active Public Finance Practice Group involving governmental and quasi-governmental bond issues on both the state and local levels. We also serve as bond counsel, special counsel and counsel to issuers, underwriters, banks and developers in a broad range of tax-exempt and taxable financings.
