Mr. Prince is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where he focuses on real estate transactional matters with a primary focus on leasing and financing.

Mr. Prince has represented institutional lenders, pension funds and developers with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets including hotels, multifamily properties and retail shopping centers. Further, he has served as title agent for numerous national title insurers, and has worked extensively on negotiating and drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, retail leases, joint venture agreements and other related real estate transactional documents. Mr. Prince is also knowledgeable in land use & zoning and title related matters.

Mr. Prince comes to the Firm from a practice where he served as a senior litigation associate where he represented commercial banks, investors, mortgage trusts and servicers in foreclosure litigation matters, up to and including the prosecution of non-jury trials. He is experienced in the preparation of complaints, motions, memorandums of law and the preparation of discovery. Mr. Prince also works with clients to facilitate loan workouts

Prior to his practice as a senior litigation associate, Mr. Prince worked with Fowler White Boggs Banker in Tampa and with Strook & Strook & Lavan in Miami. In addition to his practice of law, Mr. Prince has served as President and CEO of a sports/athlete representation firm.

Mr. Prince is a graduate of the University of Florida (UF) Levin College of Law (J.D., 2002), UF Warrington College of Business (M.S.R.E., Finance and Investment, 2002), and the University of Central Florida (B.A. Political Science, 1999). While attending the College of Law, he was the Research Editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
