Having practiced law for over ten years, Stacey Schulman is not afraid of a courtroom. She began her career at the State Attorney's Office in Broward County, FL, where she spent almost 9 years prosecuting offenses ranging from sex crimes to homicides to organized crime and gang matters. Thereafter she joined Morgan & Morgan where she fought to enforce employees' statutory rights against their employers in federal court. Despite her extensive litigation experience, Ms. Schulman recognizes the value of settlement and believes that often she can represent her clients’ interests effectively by helping them to avoid unnecessary litigation.

While Ms. Schulman’s legal career is remarkable, her academic background is equally as impressive. Ms. Schulman graduated in the top 10% of her class from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She went on to graduate 1st in her class at the University of Miami’s School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Schulman received 10 book awards, was a member of the Moot Court Board, was elected to the Honor Council, and served on the University of Miami Law Review.

Ms. Schulman is very involved in the community and has been recognized for her efforts: National Multiple Sclerosis Society Mission Possible Award (2003), Prosecutor of the Month (December 2005, October 2006), Joan and Douglas Gross Community Service Award (2008), and the Jewish Family Services Unsung Heroes Award (2010). Most recently, she was selected to represent Broward County as part of Jewish Federation’s National Young Leadership Cabinet. She is also involved in the legal community. Most notably, she is a member of the Broward County Bar’s Bench-Bar Committee and she serves on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
