Mark Lynn is a member of the real estate litigation department, focusing on title matters, pleading preparation and review, mediation and litigation. His practice has concentrated on a range of transactional areas including real estate, corporate matters, business transactions and negotiation of commercial agreements. He has also represented several US government agencies, including HUD, VA and FHA, in real estate litigation matters.
Mark was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1970, and was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mark was appointed to the Law Review of the University of Miami School of Law. He has also served on the board of the Aventura-Sunny Isles Beach Chamber of Commerce from 2009-2010 and was an appointed member of the City of Hollywood Community Development Advisory Board from 2009-2010. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Greater Miami Board of Realtors.
