Brandon J. Hill is a member of Greenspoon Marder's Labor and Employment Group. His practice focuses on defending employers against Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and whistleblower claims in state and federal courts in Florida and beyond. Mr. Hill has the particular advantage of having gained valuable experience as a plaintiff's attorney, prosecuting Title VII and state-law discrimination claims, false claims act cases, and personal injury actions. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2010, Mr. Hill earned his Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University Law School.

  • Negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of clients with discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims brought against employers
